شفق نيوز/ قضت المحكمة الجنائية المركزية أحكاما بالإعدام بحق ست عشرة امرأة يحملن الجنسية التركية وفرن الدعم اللوجستي لعناصر “داعش” الإرهابي.
وقال القاضي عبد الستار بيرقدار المتحدث الرسمي لمجلس القضاء الأعلى إن “المحكمة الجنائية المركزية نظرت قضايا ست عشرة امرأة تركية ثبت انتماؤهن لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي”.
وأضاف بيرقدار ان “المتهمات اعترفن في دور التحقيق بانتمائهن إلى التنظيم الإرهابي، وأقدمن على الزواج من عناصره وتوفير الدعم اللوجستي لهم”.
و ذكر بيرقدار أن “المحكمة بعد تدقيق الادلة قضت احكاما بالإعدام بحق النساء المدانات وفقا لأحكام المادة الرابعة /1 من قانون مكافحة الإرهاب”، لافتا إلى أن” الحكم ابتدائي قابل للطعن في محكمة التمييز الاتحادية”.

The Central Criminal Court has sentenced 16 Turkish women to death and the logistical support of terrorist elements.
“The Central Criminal Court has examined the cases of 16 Turkish women who have been found to be accomplices to the terrorist organization,” Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar, spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council, said.
“The defendants confessed in the role of the investigation to belonging to the terrorist organization, and offered to marry his elements and provide logistical support for them.”
“After examining the evidence, the court sentenced the convicted women to death in accordance with the provisions of Article IV / 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law,” Berkdar said, pointing out that “the preliminary judgment can be challenged in the Federal Court of Cassation.”
